Black eyed pea caviar with tortilla chips

Mixed green salad with spiced pears & pecan crusted goat cheese in champagne vinaigrette

Entrée course selections

Pan seared sea bass, risotto cake, garlic spinach, tomato confit


Marinated pork loin, roasted garlic and herb roasted potato medley, fresh vegetables, caramelized apples and sage

Filet of beef with crispy crab cake, dauphinoise potatoes, vegetable potage, lemon butter and brandy peppercorn sauces

Traditional Crème brulée with house made cookie and berries
