Warm Puree of Cauliflower Soup, Curry Scented Croutons, and Chive Oil

 

Third Course

Grilled Sweet Soy and Ginger Quail with Braised Purple Fingerlings and Texas Honey infused with Thyme

 

Fourth Course

 

Grilled Bone In Porterhouse for the Table (serves 2), “Cooked to your Liking.” accompanied by an Arugula Salad with Lemon, Parmesan, and Pine Nuts, served with Butter Basted Marble Potatoes
